Come home to Kitsap

Every Community Here Has a Story

I was born on Bainbridge and I've watched this whole peninsula grow up. Let me help you find the corner of it that feels like yours.

a lifetime on this island

Kitsap Isn't One Place — It's a Dozen Small Towns

Each community out here has its own rhythm. A ferry town wakes up differently than a shipyard town, and a wooded island lives at a different pace than a bayside village. The listings will show you square footage. They won't tell you which street catches the morning light, or which commute actually works.

I've run businesses on this peninsula since 1985 — long before I sold homes here. So when I walk you through these places, you're not getting a brochure. You're getting someone who's seen the whole story.

The Communities I Serve

Where Would You Like to Wake Up?

where it started for me

Bainbridge Island

A wooded island a 35-minute ferry from downtown Seattle, yet a world away. Walkable Winslow, working waterfronts, arts and estates tucked into the trees. This is home ground for me — I know it street by street.

little norway on the bay

Poulsbo

Scandinavian heritage, a marina full of masts, and a front-porch downtown on Liberty Bay. It's where my office sits — and where a lot of families and downsizers find exactly the pace they were after.

a city finding its stride

Bremerton

Anchored by the Naval Shipyard and a fast foot-ferry to Seattle, Bremerton is an approachable place to plant first roots. Its downtown is waking back up — waterfront, murals, and a real sense of momentum.

front-row seat to the sound

Kingston

A walkable ferry village with a marina, a farmers market, and a direct line to Edmonds and the Eastside. The gateway to the north end — small, salty, and easy to love.

the quiet north end

Hansville & Port Ludlow

Beaches at Point No Point, a golf-and-bay retreat at Port Ludlow, and the kind of stillness people drive an hour to find. For those chasing quiet water and a slower calendar.

Why It Matters Who Guides You

A Map Shows You Roads. I Show You the Neighborhood.

01

The Real Commute

Ferry schedules, foot-ferry vs. car, the difference ten minutes makes at rush hour. I'll tell you what your morning actually looks like — not what the map promises.

02

Street-by-Street

Which blocks catch the light, which sit low and wet, which have the view and which just have the price of the view. That's local knowledge you can't Google.

03

The People, Too

I've run businesses on this peninsula since 1985. When you need an inspector, a contractor, or a lender who answers the phone, I know who's good — because I've worked with them.

Not Sure Where You Belong Yet?

That's the fun part. Tell me how you want to live, and I'll help you find the community that fits. No pressure — just a conversation with someone who knows the place.
